Clambake is a small, self-hostable party platform. It keeps the guest list, the RSVPs, the reminders, and a beautiful page for every event — but the invitation itself is a personal text from your own number, written one person at a time.

No app for your guests. No account. No platform blast with your name stapled on. They tap the link, pick their dates, done.

Clambake's opinion is simple: the software should disappear behind your own voice.

Write, then send

Drafts are generated one per person and nothing ever auto-sends. You edit each message in your own words, see the exact bubble they'll get, then send it from your number.

Guests stay people

Per-guest delivery (iMessage or SMS), opt-outs honored everywhere, links readable enough to say out loud. Deleting someone actually deletes them.

Yours, literally

One SQLite file on your machine holds everything. Back it up with one command, host it on a Mac in your kitchen, point your own domain at it.

Status — being seasoned.
Clambake is running a real season of parties before the code goes public: football Sundays, a canoe-club Saturday, Friday co-working, one very serious clam bake. When it's earned it, this page turns into the repo. Open source, self-hosted, yours.
